Golden Kernel Co is a gourmet popcorn brand operated by Taste Trail Foods, based in Australia. You can reach us any time at info@tastetrailfoods.com.au.

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you buy.
• Account details: your email address and password (stored securely and never visible to us), plus your saved cart and order history.
• Enquiries: anything you send us through our contact or wholesale forms.
• Website usage: basic, anonymous information about how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.

Payment information

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, and your card information goes directly to them.

How we use your information

• To take payment, pack and deliver your order, and keep you updated about it.
• To manage your account, saved cart and any subscription you set up.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To send you marketing emails only if you have asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed with the services that help us run the shop: our payment provider, our delivery and fulfilment partners, our email provider and our website hosting provider.

We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Your information is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections and access controls. Some of our providers store data overseas; we choose providers that apply protections comparable to Australian privacy law.

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email info@tastetrailfoods.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
