Terms of service.

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Golden Kernel Co is operated by Taste Trail Foods in Australia — contact us at info@tastetrailfoods.com.au.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. If an item is unavailable we will contact you and refund that item in full.

We may cancel an order where a price or product description was clearly wrong, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot deliver to your address. You will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Delivery is calculated and shown before you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. We accept the card and wallet options shown at checkout.

Subscribe & Save

A Subscribe & Save order renews automatically each month at the price shown when you signed up, until you cancel. We will always tell you before any price change.

You can pause or cancel at any time from the My Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; an order already paid for and packed will still be sent.

Delivery

We deliver within Australia and New Zealand. Delivery times, costs and any free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Food, allergens and storage

Our popcorn is made from quality ingredients. Ingredients and nutrition details are listed on each product page and on the pack. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please read the pack before eating.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the cup or bottle to keep the popcorn fresh.

Returns

Because we sell food, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or not of acceptable quality, we will replace it or refund it. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your account

Keep your account details secure and don't share your password. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your account.

We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or in a way that harms other customers.

Our content

The Golden Kernel Co name, logo, photography and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
